Custom-Made Products

All DecorSelis window treatments — including drapery, shades, blinds, and panels — are custom-made to order based on your:

Due to the personalized nature of our products, custom orders cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

You may cancel or modify your order:

  • Before final approval of measurements and specifications
  • Before production has commenced
  • Cancellation fees may apply to cover design consultation time and material deposits

Manufacturing Defects & Errors

If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or errors on our part, DecorSelis will:

  1. Assess the Issue – Schedule an inspection within 48 hours of notification
  2. Provide Solutions – Repair, remake, or replace the product as appropriate
  3. Cover Costs – No charge for defects or errors resulting from our workmanship

To report an issue, contact us within 7 days of installation.

Installation Services

  • Professional installation is recommended to ensure proper function and appearance
  • Issues resulting from self-installation or third-party installation are not covered
  • DecorSelis installation services include adjustment and satisfaction verification

Measurement Accuracy

  • We highly recommend professional measurement by DecorSelis team
  • Customer-provided measurements: DecorSelis is not responsible for fitting issues
  • Re-measurement service available before production begins

Fabric & Material Samples

  • Samples are available for review before ordering
  • Color variations may occur due to dye lots, lighting, and screen displays
  • Final fabric selection is confirmed before production

Timeframe for Claims

All claims must be submitted:

  • Manufacturing defects: Within 7 days of installation
  • Shipping damage: Within 48 hours of delivery
  • Measurement discrepancies: Before installation

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-cut fabrics and materials
  • Installed products (unless defective)
  • Special-order hardware and accessories
  • Clearance or final sale items

Damage During Shipping

If products arrive damaged:
